Once your order is placed, your rug is handcrafted by our artisans in Morocco. Because each piece is made by hand, production typically takes 4–10 weeks, depending on the size, design, and complexity of your rug.

Once completed, your rug is carefully inspected, prepared for shipment, and handed to DHL, FedEx, or UPS. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
